Use host's DNS resolver in Docker containers (#812)
* Symlink /etc/resolve.conf to systemd-resolved's stub

Since systemd-resolved is managing the DNS configuration, ensure that
/etc/resolv.conf uses it.

* Use systemd-resolved from Docker containers
