We will also remove optional whitespace between the expression and the comma.

e.g.

```rust
fn foo() {
    let x = (<|>{
       4
    }   ,); // NOTE: whitespace
}
```

becomes

```rust
fn foo() {
    let x = (<|>4,);
}
```
