973c7527b4 Unify the configuration of the compiler docs 
Previously it was rather inconsistent which crates got the rust logo and
which didn't and setting html_root_url was forgotten in many cases.

095fa86a3b compiler: Add Windows resources to rustc-main and rustc_driver

293fe0a966 Increase recursion_limit in numerous crates. 
This is temporarily needed for `x doc compiler` to work. They can be

75b164d836 Use tidy to sort crate attributes for all compiler crates. 
We already do this for a number of crates, e.g. `rustc_middle`,
`rustc_span`, `rustc_metadata`, `rustc_span`, `rustc_errors`.

For the ones we don't, in many cases the attributes are a mess.
- There is no consistency about order of attribute kinds (e.g.
  `allow`/`deny`/`feature`).
- Within attribute kind groups (e.g. the `feature` attributes),
  sometimes the order is alphabetical, and sometimes there is no
  particular order.
- Sometimes the attributes of a particular kind aren't even grouped
  all together, e.g. there might be a `feature`, then an `allow`, then
  another `feature`.

This commit extends the existing sorting to all compiler crates,
increasing consistency. If any new attribute line is added there is now
only one place it can go -- no need for arbitrary decisions.

Exceptions:
- `rustc_log`, `rustc_next_trait_solver` and `rustc_type_ir_macros`,
  because they have no crate attributes.
- `rustc_codegen_gcc`, because it's quasi-external to rustc (e.g. it's
  ignored in `rustfmt.toml`).

8ff624a9f2 Clean up rustc_*/Cargo.toml. 
- Sort dependencies and features sections.
- Add `tidy` markers to the sorted sections so they stay sorted.
- Remove empty `[lib`] sections.
- Remove "See more keys..." comments.

Excluded files:
- rustc_codegen_{cranelift,gcc}, because they're external.
- rustc_lexer, because it has external use.
- stable_mir, because it has external use.

2ff2624722 docs: add Rust logo to more compiler crates 
c6e6ecb1afea9695a42d0f148ce153536b279eb5 added it to some of the
compiler's crates, but avoided adding it to all of them to reduce
bit-rot. This commit adds to more.

according to #90698, I added a compiler option, `-Zlog-backtrace=filter`, where `filter` is a module name, to show backtraces for logging without rebuilding.

Harden the pre-tyctxt query system against accidental recomputation

While the current compiler has no issues where we `take` and then compute the query again, in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/105462 I accidentally introduced such a case.

I also took the opportunity to remove `peek_mut`, which is only ever used for `global_tcx` to then invoke `enter`. I added an `enter` method directly on the query.

Previously, rustdoc would unconditionally report the version that *rustc* was compiled with. That showed things like `nightly-2022-10-30`, which wasn't right, since this was a `dev` build compiled from source.

Fix it by changing `rustc_driver::version` to a macro expanded at invocation time.

4c3cad0620 Add --print=split-debuginfo 
This option prints all supported values for -Csplit-debuginfo=.., i.e.
only stable ones on stable/beta and all of them on nightly/dev.

Track where diagnostics were created.

This implements the `-Ztrack-diagnostics` flag, which uses `#[track_caller]` to track where diagnostics are created. It is meant as a debugging tool much like `-Ztreat-err-as-bug`.

For example, the following code...

```rust
struct A;
struct B;

fn main(){
    let _: A = B;
}
```
...now emits the following error message:

```
error[E0308]: mismatched types

  |
5 |     let _: A = B;
