Tweak Motor OS linker preset, fix `remote-test-server` for Motor OS Had to tweak linking options in target spec to make it work (see https://github.com/moturus/motor-os/issues/46).
rustc_target contains some very low-level details that are
specific to different compilation targets and so forth.
