Additionally, make use of this version to implement `floor` and
`floorf`.
Similar to `ceil`, musl'f `ceilf` routine seems to work better for all
float widths than the `ceil` algorithm. Trying with the `ceil` (`f64`)
algorithm produced the following regressions:
