Eduardo Sánchez Muñoz 45f28923ce Fix UB in _mm_movemask_ps, _mm_movemask_pd, _mm256_movemask_ps and _mm256_movemask_pd

The `simd_bitmask` intrinsic requires each element to be all-1 or all-0, while the x86 functions only check for the highest bit.

stdarch - Rust's standard library SIMD components

Crates

This repository contains two main crates:

core_arch implements core::arch - Rust's core library architecture-specific intrinsics, and
std_detect implements std::detect - Rust's standard library run-time CPU feature detection.

The std::simd component now lives in the packed_simd_2 crate.
