Krasimir Georgiev 4ce56b414d RustWrapper: adapt for an LLVM API change 
No functional changes intended.

The LLVM commit
ec501f15a8
removed the signed version of `createExpression`. This adapts the Rust
LLVM wrappers accordingly.
