Remove the x86_64-rumprun-netbsd target Herein we remove the target from the compiler and the code from libstd intended to support the now-defunct rumprun project. Closes #81514
This directory contains the source code of the rust project, including:
- The test suite
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like rustdoc, rls, etc.
