Camelid a2e9374048 Move debuginfo docs from doc.rs module to doc.md file 
And use `#[doc = include_str!("doc.md")]` in `mod.rs` so the docs are
rendered as if they were inline in the root module.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
