Update browser-ui-test version It includes the fix from `@notriddle` (https://github.com/GuillaumeGomez/browser-UI-test/pull/537). r? `@notriddle`
This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
- The bootstrapping build system
- Various submodules for tools, like cargo, tidy, etc.
