Nicholas Nethercote b51deba9ac Remove MemDecoder::read_raw_bytes_inherent. 
It's unnecessary. Note that `MemDecoder::read_raw_bytes` how has a `&'a
[u8]` return type, the same as what `read_raw_bytes_inherent` had.
