Rollup merge of #147544 - cjgillot:nodeinit, r=saethlin ...

Remove StatementKind::Deinit.

It is a remnant from the time we deaggreated MIR.

Now, it is only constructed by the `LargeEnums` MIR pass, which is disabled by default.
