commands.
Some commands just need the `--all-features` argument:
```
cargo build --all-features
cargo check --all-features
cargo test --all-features
RUSTDOCFLAGS="--cfg docsrs" cargo +nightly doc --all-features
```
There is currently a [bug in cargo] that means documentation cannot be built
