test: re-export macro dependencies (#1077) 
Callers may not always have `futures` available at the root of the
crate. Re-exporting dependencies makes them available to the macro at a
deterministic location.

Tokio and Futures based testing utilities

Usage

First, add this to your Cargo.toml:

tokio-test = "0.1.0"

Next, add this to your crate:

#[macro_use]
extern crate tokio_test;
