6a6e421652 rp: i2c-slave example: fix twice-swapped sda/scl 
sda and scl were swapped twice. The code worked, but would be confusing
trying to interface with pins externally.

f1feedf190 BufferedUart initialization 
This change modifies UART initialization throughout Embassy to take pins
before interrupts.

Related to #1304.
